" I have been working with MiladyOnline for almost a year now and have found it to be very effective with learning activities in my classroom. I have integrated on-line into our cosmetology programs and as part of each curriculum. It is now a requirement for all cosmetology courses. We have been having a lot of fun with the activities like scavenger hunt with the vocabulary — in student groups we divide the vocabulary into different subjects and during the review mode we discuss the questions and possible answers. I realized how effective this software is during the review mode of skin. I teach this subject in two modules; Module 1: Anatomy/Physiology and Module 2: Skin Diseases/Disorders. We had only completed Module 1 when I scheduled the online learning, not realizing diseases and disorders would be included in the review mode. As students began to come across the strange words and questions, they started to discuss the associations these words had to previous terminology they were familiar with.
